Market stall booking system
A public hall plan, exhibitor requests and an organiser panel in one place – instead of phone calls, messages and a spreadsheet where double bookings happen easily. What you see on this site is a working demo instance with fictional data.
Who it is for
- marketplaces and market halls
- fairs, bazaars and themed markets
- festivals, bazaars and food truck areas
- organisers of recurring regional markets
What the system does
For exhibitors
- a stall plan for every market day – see what is free, what is taken and who stands where
- availability calendar of a single stall
- a request for one day or a series of dates in one form
- request status under a link, no account needed
- a waiting list when a day is full – a notification when a stall frees up
- terms with acceptance confirmation
Organiser panel
- approval, rejection with a reason or a change of stall in case of a conflict
- bulk approval of a series of requests from one exhibitor
- protection against double-booking the same stall
- permanent exhibitors with assigned stalls, absences and stall blocks
- moving exhibitors on the plan by drag and drop
- line-up templates and copying a line-up from another day
- day plan printout (PDF) and CSV export
Settlements and attendance
- default price list and individual prices per stall
- payment statuses and monthly settlements with CSV export
- mobile attendance list for the market day (works like a phone app)
- automatic e-mails: request received, confirmation, rejection, reminder the day before
- bulk e-mail to a given day’s exhibitors
Administration
- exhibitor database with tags, notes and blocking of unreliable ones
- “not seen for a long time” view and occupancy statistics on the dashboard
- exhibitor deletion with data anonymisation (GDPR-compliant), keeping the attendance history
- audit log: who changed what and when
- two roles: administrator and assistant (day operations without access to settings and deletion)
- interface, e-mails and printouts in five languages: Polish, English, German, Czech and French
How this demo works
- All data – exhibitors, requests, attendance – is made up and generated automatically.
- Every day at 4:00 it returns to its starting state; the panel also has a “Reset demo” button.
- You enter the panel with one click from the login page (administrator or assistant).
- E-mails are not sent – in your instance we connect the organiser’s mailbox.
Deploying it for your venue
- Hall plan reproduced from your floor plan or spreadsheet – numbering, zones, entrances, stage.
- Your own logo, name and contact details, an address in your domain, the venue’s language and currency.
- Notifications from your mailbox, price list and terms editable in the panel.
- Import of your existing attendance history so statistics work from day one.
